Student Associations and Clubs - How to Reserve Facilities in the University Centre
To Book a Table, the Agora or the Terminus :
- Reservation can be made by visiting the Community Life office at the University Centre, Room 318 at least five (5) business days before the planned activity.
- Full payment (if applicable) is required when you make the reservation.
- The UO Policy on the Use of the Jock Turcot University Centre applies and is available:
- on the web at http://web5.uottawa.ca/admingov/reglement_97.html
- at the Community Life office (room UCU 318)
- You need to bring your student card when making the reservation.
- We accept reservations for up to two months at a time.
- Student groups or associations recognized by SFUO or GSAED are permitted to use ten (10) tables per semester at no cost for the purpose of providing information about the student groups or associations.
- SFUO Clubs: All reservations must go through the SFUO Club Coordinator.

To Book a Meeting Room :
- Reservation can be made by visiting the Community Life office at the University Centre, Room 318.
- You need to bring your student card when making the reservation.
- We accept reservations for up to two months at a time (one booking per week).
To Book the Alumni Auditorium:
- Reservation can be made by visiting the Community Life office at the University Centre, Room 318 at least five (5) business days before the planned activity.
- Full payment (if applicable) is required when you make the reservation.
- You need to bring your student card when making the reservation.
To Book Other Locations on Campus:
- Reservation can be made by visiting the Conventions and Reservations office at 100 University, Room 128.
- To access the office, visit the front desk of the Residential Complex, located at 90 University.
