To be considered, you must send the application form to the Evaluation Committee with all required documents.

The Evaluation Committee
The Evaluation Committee is composed of 7 members:
- 3 representatives of Community Life Service (CLS)
- 1 representative of the Student's Federation (SFUO)
- 1 representative of the GSAED
- 1 representative from Protection Service
- 1 representative from Sports Service
- 1 representative from Housing and Conventions Service
The committee purpose is to review applications and make recommendations. The committee meets twice per month and your application form must be received three weeks before the date of your event. Once your request is reviewed, an e-mail will be sent with the response of the committee.
